Rooted Foresight

I work with leaders and organizations who are not just managing change, but reshaping the future. As a Futurist and Systemic Transformation Consultant, I have spent over fifteen years guiding teams, communities, and enterprises through complex transitions. My approach combines systemic insight, care-centric facilitation, and a deep, lived understanding of what it takes to navigate uncertainty and growth. My distinctive method is built on care-centric, power-aware, and regenerative systems thinking, integrating a wide range of interdisciplinary methods.

My journey into this work began early, shaped by a personal history of poverty and marginalization. At seventeen, I stepped into facilitation not through a traditional academic path, but from direct lived experience, driven by a profound desire to transform my own life and the world around me. I worked within communities facing systemic challenges, leading workshops in youth detention centers and collaborating with social workers, policymakers, and frontline staff. From the very beginning, I understood that real transformation is collective, courageous, and deeply human.

Since then, I’ve expanded my practice from grassroots initiatives to organizational and system-wide consulting across North America and Europe. This evolution from the front lines to systemic strategy has naturally led to my current focus: the emergent future of Human-AI collaboration. I guide organizations as they adopt and refine AI integration by developing leadership, fostering cultural and workforce adaptation, and bridging the ambition-execution divide.

Beyond my consulting practice, I am an IAF Endorsed Facilitator, Co-Chair of the IAF Italian Chapter, and an active member of the IAF Special Interest Group on AI and Facilitation. I also co-organize the Online Facilitation Unconference and am the author of "The Intelligent Age: A Field Guide to the Future."

Today, I live in Italy, grounded in family, community, and the ongoing practice of crafting a life and work aligned with purpose, adaptability, and joy. This journey has deepened my capacity to navigate complexity, build resilience, and co-create the future with my clients, bringing strategic clarity, creative adaptability, and an unwavering belief in what’s possible. Rooted in my love and hope for my young daughter’s future, I believe we are all responsible for our choices and actions, uniquely positioned to co-create the best possible future.
